IMMIGRATION BUSINESS PLANS

 

In addition to the regular components  of the business plan, our Immigration business plans also include a section depicting the economic impact of the business as well as an extensive analysis of the candidate.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

The main goal of a feasibility study is to assess the economic viability of the proposed business.  The feasibility study needs to answer the question: “Does the venture make economic sense?” 

The study provides a thorough analysis of the business opportunity, including a look at all the possible roadblocks that may stand in the way of the project’s success. 

The outcome of the feasibility study will indicate whether or not to proceed with the proposed venture.  If the results of the feasibility study are positive, then the entity can proceed to develop a business plan.

The study includes: Market Assessment and Issues; Technical and Organizational Requirements and Financial Overview 

FINANCING

At GGM we strive to provide you with the best available sources of financing depending on your particular circumstances including your type of business, your credit, financial strength and amount required.  Our minimum loan size is $50,000.

The lending process includes 3 steps:

Application

The Application process includes working directly with you and/or your accountant in the compilation of the information need to complete the application and the preparation of the different forms and supporting documents required by the lenders.

Underwriting/Approval

 

The approval of your funding request depends on how well you present yourself, your business, and your financial needs to the lender. In addition to the business plan they will also look for relevant financial information that demonstrates your ability to repay the loan including:

  • Credit History

  • ​Collateral

  • ​Personal Financial Statements

  • ​Business Financial Statements.

  • Equity Investment

Our intervention on this stage includes providing any additional information, answering underwriting questions or providing advice to you.

​​Closing

While a simple funding activity like factoring can close in 24 hours, the typical loan is likely to close between 30 to 45 (working) days after approval. 

GGM will provide you with a checklist at the beginning of the project to make you are aware of the items needed.
